Installing and administering the MessageGears platform is straightforward, ensuring seamless integration and efficient management for your messaging needs. Installation process

Review the following documents for more details on installing Accelerator in your environment and connecting to your data warehouse:

  • Accelerator Installation Instructions - Begin by assessing your infrastructure requirements and ensuring compatibility with MessageGears' system specifications. Gather necessary credentials and permissions for integration. Note: To view this article, you must be signed in to our support portal.
  • Adding and Managing Database Connections - Create and configure your database connections. Database Connections are the settings and credentials that allow Accelerator to connect to the database that holds the necessary customer data.

Administering the application
