Using the Home icon in the top navigation bar of Accelerator will bring you back to the Overview.
The Overview page contains details about your Accelerator instance, including number of lists, email templates, and campaigns created.
The Analytics page provides charts reflect rolling monthly statistics for all jobs across your account.
Monthly Volume displays volumes of delivered messages, bounced messages, and content errors. This chart may not visible reflect content error totals because those numbers are extremely low relative to the total volume. Hover along the baseline for each month to view the content error counts.
Monthly Unsubscribes displays the unsubscribe rate for each month. Unsubscribes are only measured when using MessageGears Unsubscribe markup in your campaign content or by activating the List Unsubscribe feature for your account.
<a href="${Gears.unsubscribe()}">Unsubscribe</a>
Monthly Bounces displays number of bounces and resulting bounce rate for each month. In addition, this chart includes a yellow line indicating the level at and below which good deliverability can be expected, as well as a red line denoting poor deliverability. Exceeding the red line usually results in inbox delivery, and blocking issues. These lines may appear orange if the red and yellow lines within the chart overlap.
Monthly Complaints are a count of Spam Complaints that occur when a recipient clicks the “This Is Spam” button. The yellow line indicates marginal complaints. Staying at or below this line is ideal for good deliverability. Exceeding the red line typically results in inbox delivery and blocking issues.
Monthly Opens displays total opens, unique opens, and the open rate for each month. Opens are only measured when using HTML content in your email campaigns. Text-only email messages are not reflected in this total.
Monthly Clicks displays overall click rate as well as unique click rate. Clicks can only be measured when using the MessageGears autotrack or ${Gears.track()} markup in your email content.
